Development and implementation of the system including technical visibility, cost reporting and compliance auditing. This project was completed in full and after considerable experience based modifications were implemented became an integral management tool over many years. Key conduit between technical maintenance, operations, accounts and executive management.
This rigorous process required significant technical and operational knowledge with many successful outcomes including the development of one of the first 50 t quad axle combinations in Victoria followed by many unique high efficiency assets being introduced. The process included specification review, procurement, Government department lobbying at both state and federal level and managing the compliance component after implementation.
